1. How many levels deep does this affiliate program go?
Our affiliate program goes 2 levels deep. This means that you will receive payment for each person who signs up below you for up to 2 levels. Once You've Completed Your Matrix, then You Get $25!

2. How will I get paid?
Members will be paid through the same payment processor that they will use for purchasing membership.

3. How much will each level get?
A Grand Total of $25 that equals...
Level 1: $2.50
Level 2: $2.50

4. What is the minimum balance I must get before I can request a payment?
We pay when you cycle your matrix. You can view your balance at any time through your control panel.

5. How long before I can start earning money?
You will start earning money once your matrix begins to fill.
Every level in the matrix is filled left to right, top to bottom.
You will receive all the link code you will need to refer customers
and affiliates alike to us immediately.

6. I see I have Direct referrals in My Back Office, how come they are not in my downline?
You have to remember that the Downline Heaven Matrix is filled left to right
and top to bottom. This means that your upline members will have their matrices filled first.

7. I want to make a payment for a friend to join, how do I do that?
You have to go to the payment page via your back office, where it says want more positions, and make a payment, then immediately send an email to admin notifying them of the payment. If you do this without sending a notice, it will delay the member activation!

8. Is there spillover, if I get more than 3 members on my first level?
Yes! There is a ton of spillover, just ask the members who have cycled already! Yes when we work as a team promoting Downline Heaven, you will Cycle. We have cycled over 10 members within the first 2 days!

9. When we cycle, how long will it take to get our free position in Profits-2-U?
Please allow me a few days, just in case. I am going to try to add everyones positions in bulk, less work that way. Thanks.
